Welcome to Dovax ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Dovax mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Age Requirement

Dovax is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. 2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your chosen nickname and profile avatar image.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): Text posts, garage update notes, voice memos, photos, and any other content you create or upload through the App.
• Feedback and Reports: Information you submit when providing feedback or reporting other users.
• In-App Purchase Data: Records of virtual currency (Fuel Coins) purchases and transaction history processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns within the App.
• Network Information: IP address, connection type, and carrier information used to deliver content and maintain service quality.

2.3 Information from Device Permissions

The App may request access to the following device features. You may grant or deny these permissions at any time through your device settings:

• Camera: Used to capture photos of vehicles, pit lane moments, and other content for garage updates.
• Photo Library: Used to select existing photos for profile avatars, build covers, and garage update attachments.
• Microphone: Used to record voice memos and setup notes that can be attached to garage update entries.
• Network Access: Required to load content, process in-app purchases, synchronize data, and display web-based pages such as terms of service and privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
• To process in-app purchases and manage your virtual currency balance.
• To display user-generated content within the App community.
• To respond to your feedback, inquiries, and support requests.
• To enforce our community guidelines and content policies.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
• To improve the App, develop new features, and analyze usage trends.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. In-App Purchases

Dovax offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency ("Fuel Coins") through Apple's In-App Purchase mechanism. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial payment information. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for information on how Apple handles payment data.

Fuel Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no real-world monetary value. They may only be used within the App for unlocking premium content. Purchase records are stored locally on your device and may be cleared upon account deletion or sign-out.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Dovax allows users to create and share content including text, photos, and voice recordings. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

5.1 Prohibited Content

You agree that you will NOT post, upload, or share any content that:

• Sexual or Pornographic Material: Contains nudity, sexually explicit imagery, sexual solicitation, or any form of pornographic content.
• Graphic or Disturbing Content: Depicts extreme violence, gore, mutilation, animal cruelty, or any imagery intended to shock, disgust, or cause distress to viewers.
• Gambling: Promotes, advertises, or facilitates gambling, betting, lotteries, casinos, or any games of chance involving real or virtual currency stakes.
• Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances: Promotes, sells, advertises, or depicts the use, manufacture, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or substance abuse.
• Political Content: Contains political campaign material, political propaganda, election interference content, or content designed to manipulate political opinions or processes.
• Discrimination and Hate Speech: Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
• Harassment and Bullying: Targets, threatens, intimidates, or harasses any individual, including doxxing, stalking, or encouraging others to engage in such behavior.
• Terrorism and Extremism: Promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorist organizations, extremist ideologies, or acts of terrorism.
• Fraud and Deception: Contains scams, phishing attempts, misleading information, impersonation of others, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Illegal Activities: Promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for any illegal activity under applicable law.
• Spam and Commercial Solicitation: Contains unsolicited advertising, promotional material, spam, or commercial solicitation not authorized by us.
• Self-Harm: Promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Misinformation: Contains deliberately false or misleading health, safety, or scientific information that could cause public harm.

5.2 Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion. Users who violate these content policies may face the following actions:

• Content removal without prior notice.
• Temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Users may report content that violates these policies using the in-app Report feature. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.

5.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the App. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to content from other users that you find objectionable, and you use the App at your own risk.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Safety and Rights Protection: To protect the safety, rights, or property of Dovax, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Data Storage and Security

Most of your data, including account information, preferences, saved content, and purchase records, is stored locally on your device. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data through the App's "Delete Account" feature in Settings.
• Right to Restriction: You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
• Right to Data Portability: You may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Legal Basis for Processing: We process your personal data based on: (a) your consent; (b) the necessity to perform a contract with you; (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days.

9. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by navigating to the "My" tab, selecting "Delete Account" in Settings, and confirming the deletion. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove your profile, content, purchase history, and all locally stored data.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
